The purpose of this quasi-experimental study was to investigate the efficacy an 8-week yoga-based physical exercise program improve mental and emotional well-being consequently reduce burnout among teachers. We considered yoga because it is a discipline that enhances body awareness encourages contact with nature respect for every form life, view more sustainable greener global system. recruited 40 professional educators (40–47 years), teachers in public high school who reported perceiving signs stress discomfort. randomly assigned either experimental practice (~60 min, twice week) group (n = 20) or control received nonspecific training week). At baseline after we administered Maslach Burnout Inventory: Educators Survey (MBI-ES) State Mindfulness Scale (SMS) assess teachers’ perceived level burnout. found significant Time × Group interaction MBI-ES SMS, reflecting meaningful improvement (p < 0.001).
